Rubix, a start-up marketing agency, has been operating for over 5 years and has an awesome portfolio of direct and indirect clients, delivery projects up to £150k in size.  It is now time to push forwards to fast growth and we are intersted in applications from awesome, energetic and confident individuals who are ready to take a small business to the next level.

The right applicant should:

  • Be able to take self-initiative

  • Has proven experience of creating great relationships with clients
  • Understands and enjoys the challenges of operating a start-up business. Experience of doing so an advantage.
  • Is comfortable presenting and pitches.
  • Has a good understanding of digital and is able to provide solutions to clients.
  • Prepared to be hands on to deliver the requirements of the business and its clients.
  • Is able to manage projects, budgets and clients effectively delivering excellent customer service, whilst ensuring maximum profitability for the business.
  • Understands that each and every employee needs to be self-generating with profit.
  • Knows when they have been beaten, but able to resolve crisis through considered management.
  • Has experience in the management of website content and social media through platforms such as WordPress. HTML advantageous.
  • Is able to nurture existing clients to increase income overcoming budget restraints.
  • Has experience dealing, managing and co-ordinating external resources.
  • Enjoys networking and is able in keeping the conversation going.
  • Honest, Truthful and client focused.
  • Is focussed on the long term, rather than short term rewards.
  • Thinks outside the box.
  • Understand that running a business is not a 9-5 job, but can provide greater flexibility than an employed role.
  • Is able to write detailed proposals and technical documentation clearly and precisely.
  • Agrees that 5 minutes early is on time, on time is late and late is unacceptable.
  • Is able to use their time effectively.
  • Understands that effort in = rewards out.
